Frequently asked questions
It really depends on what you are looking for. We offer anything from basic operational management functions like day to day accounting services, processing payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, to more complex services like full in-house administrative services such as human resources oversight, financial planning, etc.
Often times a SIP is a year long process the requires a lot of moving pieces. You must coordinate the creation of a planning board, the meetings that are required by the district/state, and constant analysis of academic and non-academic data like staff turnover, parent satisfaction, so on and so forth. Inspired EMC can coordinate all those tasks, develop the tools you will need to execute a successful SIP process, and support with the data gathering, analysis, and representation for meetings, board members, and other necessary stakeholders.
Although planning sessions may seem like a waste of time, and an excuse to have a venting platform for staff and parents, the reality is if the planning process is done right (agendas are well-developed, data is properly presented, and significant analysis is done of the existing and prior data) you can very well be put on the path to results-oriented action plan that will increase your school’s scores in all areas.
Depending on what type of facility you are (i.e. for-profit child care center, public school, public charter school, private school, etc.) you may be eligible for certain types of grants that are referred to as entitlement grants. Entitlement grants are available from different funders, but most commonly government entities at the local, state, and federal level that set-aside funds specifically for children that meet certain economic and special need criteria. There are also competitive grants that are available through private foundations, corporations, and even some government set-asides that are sought after through presenting a well-written and researched plan that can support furthering innovative ideas for academic success for all.
Depending on your location the process may vary. However, most of the times we do our best to have a consultant come to you for an in-person initial consultation so you can explain to us your needs. If this is not possible the initial consultation can be done on the phone or via Skype and then we can plan a formal meet and greet in person with you and key stakeholders.
