Charmonique Scaife has worked in education for close to two decades. Her classroom experience has made her a true innovator in curriculum design and classroom management approaches. She has worked with at-risk students in some of the most economically disadvantaged areas of Florida. A highly qualified educator, with degrees from Nova Southeastern University in Education, she is passionate about students, remediation, differentiated instruction, enrichment programs, and has been part of many great initiatives like the America Reads Program. Over the past few years she has become a true activist for teachers’ professional development opportunities and spends time developing workshops to support the teaching community.
